CAPRIFARMINDO strictly follows Environmental, Health and Safety aspects. Has all the facilities to keep the environment healthy and safe.

  1. WWTP (Waste Water Treatment Plant)
    Waste Water Treatment Plant uses biological system with capacity 250 cubic meters/day.

  2. Solid Waste Handling
    Dusts are collected from Dust Collector & HEPA Filter in Main AHU. All solid waste that comes from the production processes is sent to PPLI (Waste Management Indonesia).

  3. Inflammable Area
    Flammable materials are stored in inflammable area. This area uses explosion proof construction & design. It uses fire detector, explosion proof lamp and connection. In this area, alcohol is stored in an Alcohol Storage Tank with capacity of 20,000 L.

  4. Fire Protection
    Automatic Sprinkler is used for fire protection. We also uses hydrant with 500 Cubic meters lagoon and vertical fire pump that complies with NFPA (National Fire Protection Association) standard.

  5. Genset
    To fulfill EHS aspects, genset with capacity 1,500 kVA is deployed with silencer and soundproofing.
